Terms of Sale

These terms apply to consumer purchases from Finnexion Shop and Finnexion Vintage. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law always remain in force.

1. Seller

2. Products and orders

Product descriptions, availability and prices are shown on the store. Vintage products are unique and may show age-related wear described on the item page. An order becomes binding when Stripe confirms payment. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous, or the goods cannot lawfully be shipped to the destination.

3. Prices, VAT and import charges

Prices are in euros. Goods dispatched by Finnexion from Finland directly to Japan or Taiwan are sold as VAT 0% exports outside the European Union, provided the legal export conditions and documentation are met. Finnish VAT is not charged on those export sales. The buyer is the importer and is responsible for any destination-country import VAT, customs duty, clearance fee or similar charge. Shipping and the order processing fee are shown before payment.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Finnexion does not receive full card details. A disclosed order processing fee of 3.25% of the product subtotal plus €0.25 is itemised at checkout.

5. Delivery

We currently ship only to Japan and Taiwan. Delivery options, prices and estimates are described in the Shipping & Returns Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We will contact the customer if a material delay occurs.

6. Fourteen-day withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw an eligible distance-sale purchase without giving a reason by notifying Finnexion within 14 days after receiving the goods or the last goods in an order. Notice can be submitted through the online withdrawal form or by email. Merely refusing or returning a parcel without notice is not sufficient.

The customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying Finnexion. The customer pays the direct return shipping cost and should use tracked shipping. Finnexion may withhold the refund until the goods are received or the customer supplies proof of return.

7. Exceptions and condition of returns

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after their seal has been opened. This may include sealed supplements, cosmetics or skincare where the legal exception applies. Unopened eligible goods must be returned with original packaging and accessories. The customer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

8. Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, Finnexion refunds payments received for the returned goods and the least expensive standard outbound delivery option, as required by law, using the original payment method. Extra cost chosen for a more expensive delivery method is not refundable. Refunds are made without undue delay and normally within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, subject to the right to wait for the goods or proof of return.

9. Defects and complaints

The 14-day withdrawal right is separate from statutory rights concerning defective or incorrect goods. If goods arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, contact info@finnexion.com promptly with the order number and photographs. Finnexion is responsible for remedies and reasonable return costs where required by consumer law.

10. Governing law and disputes

Finnish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection applicable in their country of residence. Please contact Finnexion first. A consumer may seek advice from the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and refer an unresolved matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. Consumers may also use other competent statutory dispute-resolution channels.
