Shipping & Returns

Finnexion currently ships from Finland to Japan and Taiwan. Prices are VAT 0% export prices; destination-country import charges may still apply.

Delivery to Japan

• International EMS, up to 2 kg: €75 per order.
• Estimated transit: approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• Enter the delivery address in Roman characters at checkout.

Delivery to Taiwan

• 7-Eleven or FamilyMart pickup: free.
• Home delivery: €5.
• Estimated delivery: approximately 4–7 weeks because products are sourced and consolidated in Finland before international shipment.
• For convenience-store pickup, enter the store name and number at checkout.

Order preparation and tracking

Products are sourced in Finland. Tracking information is sent after dispatch. Vintage and fragile goods are packed with appropriate protective materials. Delivery estimates may be affected by sourcing time, customs, carrier disruption or incomplete address information.

Import taxes and customs

Finnexion does not charge Finnish VAT on qualifying direct exports to Japan or Taiwan. The recipient is responsible for import VAT, customs duty, handling or clearance charges imposed in the destination country. Customs may delay a shipment.

Fourteen-day return right

Notify Finnexion within 14 days after receiving eligible goods by using the online withdrawal form or emailing info@finnexion.com. After notice, return the goods within 14 days. Contact us before shipping so we can provide return instructions.

Return shipping and exclusions

The customer pays return shipping and should use a tracked method. Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons lose the withdrawal right once opened. This may apply to sealed supplements, cosmetics and skincare. The exception does not remove statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Refund timing

Eligible refunds are made using the original payment method. Finnexion may wait until the returned goods arrive or proof of return is supplied. The least expensive standard outbound delivery is refunded where required by law; additional cost for a premium delivery method is not refunded. See the complete Terms of Sale.
